Belted Galloway's are an excellent beef breed, the meat is exceptionally lean and flavorful.  All of our cattle are pasture raised.

Tennessee Fainting goats are one of the best meat breeds, naturally tender due to their myotonic traits.  It is the healthy heart red meat and the meat is lower in fat than skinless chicken!  This meat is listed in the US Arc of Taste.

We do not use antibiotics, hormones, or steroids in the production of our meat. All meat is processed and vacuum packaged at USDA inspected facilities. Halal butchering is available upon request. The meat is custom butchered and SUPPLY IS LIMITED, so please make your reservations today!
